Marcus Dillon first began his career at EY, then founded Dillon Business Advisors in 2011 at the age of 28. He has led three separate acquisitions, divested five separate client block sales, and transitioned from a general tax practice to a CAS team fueled by MRR. Marcus has a passion for the accounting industry and small firm owners.

He serves as a speaker and Mastermind Group Facilitator at Rootworks, member of the Ignition Council, and provides vendors strategic direction on CAS and payroll best practices.
